SHIPPING

Shipping by TCP Off Road is done via USPS or UPS. All orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. Any delays (such as special order items, backorders, delays from manufacturer, external issues, etc) will result in the customer being contacted by a customer service representative. Orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will be fulfilled on the next closest business day. Special order items are not refundable. Any orders that are cancelled by the customer after the order has been placed will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the item(s) ordered are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact customer service at info@tcpor.com or 903-504-5521 to inquire. Once an item has been shipped (left our facility), TCP Off Road is not responsible for shipping times or delays.


Shipping price is calculated at checkout. Additional charges may be applied due to package size, quantity of items, or, shipping outside of the continental United States. “Signature Required‘ option is available on shipments specified by the customer upon order. You must include all special shipping requirements at the time of order.  UPS will NOT deliver to a PO BOX. If you have a PO Box please select the USPS option.
