Want to Become a TCP Authorized Dealer?

Dealer Terms & Conditions

TCP Policy: We sell only to legitimate Powersports Businesses with a physical location (licenses, places of business, open to the public during normal business hours, and serving the public in areas of Powersports Sales, Service and/or Parts and Accessories). We will only process applications for dealers that are in the Powersports Industry unless special provisions have been pre-appointed by TCP management. We engage in retail sales and reserve the right to refuse any account. The requirements for becoming a dealer are as follows:

  • Valid/ Current Powersports References
  • Copy of State Resale License
  • Federal Tax ID#
  • Pictures of outside building with store sign & inside building (both showroom and shop)
  • Dedicated business phone line
  • List of ALL social media accounts used by your business
  • A minimum order may be required

We have a strict, NO TOLERANCE, UPP Policy.  The Retail Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP) sets a Minimum Retail Price (MRP) for all TCP Pro Racing products. This policy is designed to curb price slashing among TCP Pro Racing Dealers (IE: Mass Merchants, Jobber Stores, Mail Order, Speed Shops, online dealers, or any retail outlet), enabling them to remain profitable in this highly competitive business environment. In order to remain in good standing, TCP Pro Racing Resellers must advertise and sell all products at, or above, the UPP.

*Every 6 months your dealer profile will be reviewed and evaluated based upon your total sales for that period. To uphold your current dealer status a minimum number of sales must be met or your dealer status could potentially be revoked.*
